Cancellation, return & refund policy

Cancellations, returns or refunds are not offered or accepted. 

How do I figure out what size nails to get?

We offer nail sizing kits or you can find a sizing chart under the "Sizing Chart" tab in the menu section.

What do I do if my nails sizes don't fall under the sizes you have listed?

You will select "custom" as your size and then you will enter your sizes in the "notes" section in your cart.

Example:

Thumb: 0

Pointer: 4

Middle: 3

Ring: 4

Pinky: 7

How long will the nails last?

It differs per person based on how you use your hands everyday. Prepping your nails will help them last longer. 2 weeks is the average amount of time.

How do I remove the nails?

1. Soak them in acetone. The nails will NOT be reusable after this. 

2. Add soap or an oil based product to hot water and soak them in there for 10-15 minutes. Nails should still be reusable after this. 

What happens if the nails I ordered don't fit?

We HIGHLY recommend getting a sizing kit to avoid this from happening. You can get a free sizing kit with the purchase of a set using the code “SIZEME.” Since we offer this option, we are not responsible for nails that do not fit. 

How do I prep and apply nails?

Push back cuticles, file your natural nail and wipe it with the alcohol wipe. Apply a thin layer of glue all around your nail and press the press on nail down for about 5 seconds.

What comes with my order?

A cuticle pusher, a nail buffer, alcohol wipe, nail glue & instruction card.

Will you be taking custom orders?

We are open to doing custom orders. You can contact us at presslabco@gmail.com or send a DM at instagram.com/presslabco to discuss.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address? 

If you enter the wrong shipping address, please get in contact with us via email or the chat option on our website as soon as possible so we can get that fixed for you. If your package gets returned to us in the mail due to an error in the shipping address, you are responsible for covering the additional shipping fee. No refunds will be issued.

When will my order arrive?

Processing time to hand-make each set is 7-14 business days. Shipping time will be based off of what option you choose at checkout. If you need your set fast, please consider checking out our “Rush My Order” option to make your order our #1 priority and ship it out within 1-2 days!
